Rice Group Management Pty Ltd was established in 1998 by Nick and Yvonne Rice. The goal was to create a construction business that focused on honesty and quality whilst always keeping the interests of their clients the number one priority. After 15 years focusing on construction and development, the business has now shifted its attention to purely managing an array of property portfolios.

Rice Group Management Pty Ltd specialises in managing all financial aspects of the owning entities. This includes bookkeeping and tax office requirements, financial and management accounting reporting to stakeholders.

Rice Group Management Pty Ltd also manage the properties owned by the entities. Currently the portfolio consists of a large array of government, commercial, industrial and residential properties. It is also responsible for renewals of existing leases and finance arrangements.
