The Armidale School (TAS) is an independent, Anglican day and boarding school for boys and girls located in Armidale on the New England tablelands of northern New South Wales, Australia
Rice Construction Group were engaged to complete the design and construction of Stage One for the Girls Dormitory.
The building delivered 60 beds and associated living spaces. The building consists of three storeys and contain a gross floor area of approximately 1,850sqm. The main structure is reinforced concrete with a brick veneer to match in with the design intent of the other feature building of the school. All service upgrades were completed with consideration for stages 2,3 and 4.
