As part of the Armidale Ex-Service Memorial club located Dumaresq Street, Armidale NSW Rice Construction Group were engaged to complete the design and construction of a 31 bed room motel including a Gymnasium, Ground floor Reception, Waiting and Managers residence, external secure carpark for 34 vehicles with secure access to the bicycle track and creek lands.
