Rice Constructions was engaged to refurb an existing building into a tenancy for Sydney Tools. The Project Involved upgrading the Façade and recladding & roofing the existing building. As apart of these works we also installed services (Power, Sewer, Stormwater, Fire and Electrical) for future development sites within this parcel of land.
